Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has been actively engaged in the promotion of healthcare in India with dedicated committees handling Ayurveda, Healthcare, Medical Technology including Equipment and Devices, Health Insurance and Public Health.

CII has been continuously making an impact through knowledge creation, advocacy, interacting with Industries, Government and other relevant stakeholders. Over the last decade CII has developed stimulating platforms that address key policy issues of the Health sector in India.

CII Core group on has members from various sub sectors of Ayurveda industry like drug manufacturers, Service providers, medical professionals, etc. The CII Core group on Ayurveda is working to create the right policy environment for the Ayurveda industry to grow and become a vibrant sector and by consolidating action and mainstreaming Ayurveda to Healthcare – with the aim to establish Ayurveda’s footprints both in India and Globally. CII CAG will be working to translate the vision roadmap into concrete programs/actions for Government to undertake.
